Lemon Cookie Cashew Butter

Wow! Lemon! In a nut butter! With cookies!

I was rather intrigued to see this nut butter. I love lemon cookie, lemon cakes, and any kind of lemon dessert. I was hesitant when I saw the word coconut as I'm not a fan but decided the rest was worth trying a small jar. For the first time, the coconut taste didn't bother me, it goes so well with everything else. This butter is super delicious. I happen to like lemon with dark chocolate, so I mixed in with my dark chocolate, chocolate chip ice cream. An A+ to the person who thought of this.

I use this in my overnight oats, chia pudding, smoothies, and anything else I can think of! Absolutely love it!

Nice Lemon

A nice blend of cookie and lemon. I wouldn't say it's right in your face, as the lemon comes in more as a pungent aftertaste. Either way, it made me keep wanting more ! I personally like the more in your face lemon.
