Red Root Floaters

The red root floaters arrived dead and smelt awful. I put them in my tank to try and see if they would start up but they disintegrated by the next day. I emailed the customer service but they never reached back out.

I was very disappointed. I only received about 5 very tiny pieces and the roots were already rotting. They did not survive. I think you should send a couple almost mature plants when sending red roots. Just a thought.

I ordered three snails and the red root floaters. The snails are great, the floaters weren’t shipped. I sent an email and haven’t had a response.
