I haven't tried the coffee yet so the rating is for delivery and customer service, which were absolutely outstanding!!! I had and issue with saved address (it didn't show my flat number), l emailed the company and it was all fixed within minutes. Delivery was next day (l didn't expect that because I bought the coffee on Black Friday). The bags are beautiful (l know it is marketing trick but it makes you smile seeing it) and l also got a lovely extra wee sample bag of beans (not just a few beans in a pocket). Just lovely.
