Airscape® Kilo Coffee Canister

Poor Support from Planetary Design

I received order which included several Airscape canisters in different sizes. The smaller canisters look great, but I noticed a quality-control issue with the rubber bases on the larger canisters. I email support a photo of the rubber bases which were applied asymmetrically. While this does not affect the function of the canisters, they look bad. More importantly, upon closer inspection, the adhesive on one canister is attached to only about 70% of the bottom surface. On another canister, approximately 10% of the rubber base has already separated. The bases appear as though they could be carefully peeled off and reapplied if I had replacement adhesive. I asked if they could send either replacement adhesive patches or replacement rubber bases with adhesive already applied, but no response.

Great product

I love the product. I wish the air-seal lid was just a smaller version of the bucket air-seal but this design is also slick and easy to use. I also love that I can fit a whole bag of coffee beans in with ease!

I want another set.

I'm very very happy with this canisters, I'm willing it for my bread flour. I wish the company will offer again the same set of two kilo canisters
