I've used the Helm MkII Coil for over a year now and over 5,000 miles. I ride in southern Arizona where trails are usually rocky and steep. Fork is on a 2025 IBIS Ripley along with the Tigon shock. The tune on the fork rewards aggressive riding. The harder you push it the better it performs. When I first got the fork I had the compression full soft. Fork felt very good with initial plushness and very smooth on bigger hits. I went with one size softer coil than recommended and that got me into the adjustment range. I like a planted feel. Don't jump the bike much and like fast, technical trail raiding. Each click on the compression and rebound adjusters makes a noticeable change. I'm very happy with the range of adjustability and have had no issues tuning for the range of trails I ride. Many thanks to the excellent engineers and tech support at Cane Creek. Definitely call tech support before you order as they are incredibly helpful ensuring you get the appropriate product and setup for your style.
