I am so happy with the sourdough starter pack. All aspects of the kit allowed me to build the starter correctly, where the thermal mat was definitely an addition that makes the process much easier! maybe providing with a second jar cover would be useful as my starter overflowed a few times and I had to change the cover. I 100% recommend this product and am thankful I came across your company!
