They look nice!

I think these just make the wheel look nice, and aesthetically pleasing. They might be dampening the sound slightly, but the wheel is generally pretty quiet!

What we won't do for our cats!

I received the Felt Outer Pads and I'm glad I did because after the easy installation, it gave the big wheel a softer more finished look. I recommend them, but maybe a contrasting color to be inner pads.
