These waders and boots were used in and out of the water, including some fairly extreme mountain hiking. Crawling on the ground and riverbank shingle while stalking bears. The zipper is great for not only relieving yourself, but for cooling off a bit on the long hikes! They performed flawlessly an seemed rugged and well-built despite them being lightweight and maneuverable

I tried them without the carbide star cleats first to test the non slip rubber sole . They did slide around the rocks and gravel a bit . I put the cleats on it was nite and day . I dont slip at all ,i love the boots they have great foot support . My back would get sore fairly quick with my old ones . Now i. Comfortable for hours on end . Definitly would recommend them .

Great boot!

Great boot. Bought them to fish the flats and bays of Rockport and Corpus Christi Texas area. Bought the neoprene socks as well. Perfect fit. True to size. Solid construction and protection while wading oyster shell bottom.
