I purchased eyeliner and shortly after, the tip broke. I shared my concern online and got an immediate response. I received a better sharpener from the company. I was impressed by the immediate and personal response.

Sharpens nicely and it’s pretty straight forward…only one size and no cover to catch the shreds, but does come with the little stick to clean out anything that gets stuck. I got it during a Free Shipping promo (and if you’re only getting this, like me, its best to purchase it then, otherwise the shipping costs are the same cost as the sharpener).

love the item; wish it was included with the purchase of a liner as its neccessary to the overall use of the products. other sharpeners brands eat up too much of the pencil and thats a waste.
