These build plates are absolutely the best way to go. I have an interlocked hex pattern, but the other side with just the plane coating also works the same. AASA and ABS parts printed edge to edge with no print lifting, and the plate is thicken enough it did not lift from the bed either. It fits a Prusa Core One L perfectly.
