I purchased the Ash Camo Softflex Pro on Black Friday for my teenage son. I loved the look since I know my son loves to snowboard in a hoodie but sometimes it’s just too cold and wet for a hoodie and he never had a safe spot for his phone, lift ticket or cash. The ads for this looked perfect, but I was hesitant to purchase because of so many negative reviews regarding shipping, sizing and customer service. I’m so glad I decided to buy it! Shipping was super fast and customer service was great when I had an issue with socks ordered, and most importantly the Softflex Pro is the perfect, cool snowboarding “hoodie” my son wanted. Material, warmth, pockets were exactly what he needed. I had also worried about sizing. My son is 5’8” and 150 pounds and wears a small or medium in most tops. I saw pics in the ads showing men at 5’6” and 5’8” wearing a large so I took a chance and ordered the large. It was roomy just like the pics but was comfortable for snowboarding. It was a little long but the waistband can be tightened so it worked well. I plan on buying another one and may get the medium next time, but the large works well and looks good. Another bonus was that my son loved the ash camo color. I am so happy I ignored the bad reviews and took a chance. I can’t wait to also buy one for my younger son as soon as he can wear the adult size!
