My overall experience was good delivery, all items were still frozen. The ribeye was the toughest steak I have ever eaten. Both of them were so hard to chew and I would not order them again. The chicken was wonderful and ground just right. Made perfect burgers. The beef blend was great and flavorful. I have not tried the bison or elk yet. On my plate for next week. So far every package has been open/torn in some way on a corner and thank goodness I eat them quickly once defrosted. I hate to put my whole order in one review because the ribeye brought the number way down. I like the company and trust their products though.

Different cuts of meat

Hello so this time I tried the Skirt steak and my first attempt at preparing was not the best if was so tuff hard to chew should I marinate it? Grill it? I've another one and I don't want to mess it up was gonna have nice tender fajita meat for some white corn tacos avocado and it just didn't turn out, however the New York strip was praying on the grill it was perfect medium rare I love the meatballs I put them in my spaghetti, and the ground beef artisan is always excellent

Mixed meat purchase

I took advantage of the 15% off sale and made my own mixed meat box that included venison elk, bison, beef, and chicken. Worth the money to buy regenerative farming through grass pad pasture raised animals. Very happy with my purchase.
