I am loving my Primal Iron capsules. A completely natural supplement with no side affects for me. Even the capsule coating is made from bovine gelatine. Feeling great with plenty of energy.

Good results early

Have noticed a positive difference in energy levels within the first 2 weeks of taking this. Much easier than synthetic iron supps to take and on the gut. Looking forward to seeing even more results over the next few months.

For low Iron

I have been taking the Iron capsules for about 3months I didn’t want to resort to pharmaceutical iron. I haven’t been tested again as yet, but have noticed improvement in my energy levels, and have been experiencing less brain fog. There is an occasional unpleasant after burp though when taken between my breakfast it’s usually only one or two burps. Though I do take it with omega 3 so that could be the cause of that. 🤷‍♀️
