Dropped the ball
Placed a small order 3 weeks ago, recieved shipping confirmation and tracking number. Product was not delivered. I called to find out where it was, no help. I called again and again. after 4 phone calls I find out it was not shipped and that I had to wait for another 5 days until they paint that color again. A week has passed and no shipment. I call again, still no idea where or why it has not shipped. Then I get this email asking how my purchase experiene was. I haven't got the product yet. I just called them again. They are still trying to find it. I would not choose to do business with this company again. How are you even in business?
