I decided to order a razor for my husband how had a stroke. The overall design of the shaver is perfect for my husband. He is able to hold the razor and shave his face and head. I dont have to do it and he feels a sense of accomplishment. Thank you! Kimber

Excellent Value and Even Better Customer Service

I've been using the Freebird FlexSeries for just over a year now, and it has been an excellent choice for me—especially at its price point. The shave is comfortable, smooth, and consistent, and I really appreciate having the flexibility to shave either dry or in the shower. It's become an easy part of my daily routine. What really impressed me, though, was Freebird's customer service. Just shy of a year after purchasing my original shaver, I started having charging issues. I contacted them and they sent me a brand-new shaver free of charge, no questions asked. That kind of customer service says a lot about a company. When I first bought the FlexSeries, I honestly figured I'd use it for a while and eventually upgrade to a more expensive brand. More than a year later, I'm still using it, still happy with it, and honestly still hooked. Great product, great value, and excellent customer service. I'm grateful I gave Freebird a try.
