This particular package was order a long time ago. Whatever the reason was, it was delayed. I reached out to customer service and they quickly identified the issue and were able to send my order to me as soon as possible. I appreciated the service and was compensated for the inconvenience, which I'm grateful for.

Product is great, loyalty points are trickery

The product is fantastic. They claim they have loyalty points, but you have to spend a certain amount of money for them to be used. This makes them useless unless you spend more money than you were planning on spending. It is trickery at its finest.
