Low saltiness. Easy to bite through, not much bite resistance. Sticks to teeth. Still, it is nice licorice for the occasional craving.

Delicious Treat

As an avid licorice lover, I can attest to the delicious taste and texture of these Pontefract Cakes. They are soft, chewy & juicy but not 'stick-to-your-teeth' hard. None better!
