I do not like the website and how to order. I keep getting charged twice and at 108 a bottle that is expensive. I only want one bottle at a time in am constantly receiving two every shipment. The website is very confusing to use.

This product is great, however, your customer service for older people like me, is bad. I waited on the phone for over 40 minutes. I pressed the number to have someone call me back...I am still waiting!

I like the results from taking Eye Promise. However, when you switched websites I ended up with 2 subscriptions. I usually manage to only get one but this time I received 2 orders. I tried canceling one and in advance but I can’t stop them on the website. I called several times during the hours given and could not talk to anyone. I am a bit frustrated.
