A Colombian single origin from Huila with tasting notes of brown sugar, cherry, and pecan. The brown sugar sweetness is clean and present, the cherry is darker and more concentrated than bright, and the pecan adds a buttery, nutty base that rounds out the cup.
This is a well-balanced coffee that doesn't lean too hard in any one direction.

We tried a sample of the Colombia Huila and loved its incredible smoothness and flavor. We now order it regularly through a subscription. There's nothing quite like the feeling of excitement of enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning again.

This feels super dark for a medium roast. We really have not enjoyed it, but will make it through the bag! This is the first roast I have been disappointed with. It will not stop me from buying more in the future, I will just remember this is one is not a favorite in our house.

I got this in a free bag and then re-ordered to try it (again) as well as a couple of more kinds -- including the one my coffee quiz said I should get. Well, I can confidently say that all the Ember's coffee is good, but this one is AWESOME. It's outstanding. I have already referred two friend, one of whom is in Virginia. I gifted her a sample bag of this kind, which coincidentally was what her quiz recommended.
Get it! You will not be disappointed.
