Emulait Starter Kit

I am trying to return this order. They are not responding. The nipples collapse on themselves and my grand baby cannot feed. i spent over a hundred dollars for these bottles to sit on a counter. the pacifier the nipple portion is too long and doesn't fit in my newborn's mouth, and the part that sits on my grandbaby's lips is plastic. Unusable. I have sent two emails and they will not respond. do not buy.

I tried this bottle for the first time tonight with my EBF baby and for the first time he finally took a bottle. I could not be more thrilled. Thank you.

The nipples don’t have any sort of holes in them so no milk flows out of the nipple. I bought three separate bottles and all of them are the same. Once I receive new bottles or get the problem fixed, I’ll change my rating appropriately.
