Started taking and its waking me up more then I was before taking it. Also, buyer beware, no returns if the bottle is opened so you are out $ of this does not work for you.

I'm sleeping better
I am on my second month taking Noctera before bedtime. I have taken the 2 tablet dose every night and I am sleeping much better. Some nights I don't wake up at all. Since menopause, that's a miracle! I have awaken nights to urinate but can go back to sleep quickly. Some nights I can be awake for a while. It's been less than 2 months, so I'll see how it goes.
