COMPLEMENT® Creatine

Too early to tell

I’ve only been taking this for a few days, so no way of telling if it will have a positive impact yet. I trust the quality. The packaging is not amazing - doesn’t seal so I have to put the bag inside a zip loc. And I find it hard to scoop out a teaspoon because it’s a tall bag and the product doesn’t fill it. Otherwise, it’s fine.

Awesome product without any aftertaste

Currently taking Bone Vitality which I love…has all the nutrients I want to be taking! Wanted to add more creatine to my diet so I am now taking Complement Creatine powder..love the small amount to take! OMPLEMENT® Creatine

I've been on it for 11 days, today. I have not had any side effects but don't notice any changes either. It could be helping, but I started with an omega-3 a week before, algae oil, which improved areas that creatine is also suppose to be helpful with so I don't know if the creatine is helping with cognitive functions. There's no taste so it isn't unpleasant to drink and that is great.
