TEST KITCHEN - HOT HONEY BEEF JERKY

The product is good, but shipping is terrible. I bought four 1 pound packages with free shipping. The package is shipped out via USPS, and the package shows to stay in a NOT temperature controlled shipping facility for more than three days, with 100+ degree sunny day, due to holiday schedule. I am worried about the quality after the high temperature.

Hands down my favorite jerky. The texture is borderline cowboy jerky, but still tender and chewable. Lots of flavor, definitely on the spicy side, with just a hint of sweet. I’ve eaten a lot of jerky in my day, from main stream brands to small shop style and homemade. I keep going back and buying 1lb bags of this good stuff.

The hot honey is the bomb,an,an the sweet an spicy is wonderful as well,but the teriyaki is not as good it's a little bit too dry for me I would like to buy a pound or two of the hot honey that's the texture is beautiful!
