Nuun Sport +Caffeine

I have used Nuun for while and post running since at least 2015ish. I have tried other things but the only thing I found I liked as much was in England. Kona Cola is my favorite flavor because it is like drinking soda without the soda bad stuff. Plus it hydrates me well. Always my go to when the flavor is available.

Cherry lime has always been my favorite flavor! Always love my Nuun!

My favorite!

This has been my favorite for years. I keep trying different flavors but always come back to this one. It's an easy way to get all of the hydration I need because it's extremely palatable. I can down a quart of this no problem. I don't really notice a difference in energy levels between this and the non-caffeinated tablets, but, I do think that the fact that I drink so much of this probably does contribute to having more energy since it keeps me hydrated.
