not very sticky, it feels too rough on skin that has been treated before bed (aka if you have a hydrating night skin routine this tape will slide off of your lips). not worth the price unless you are highly performative and want aesthetic mouth tape.. yawning is also difficult but that comes with mouth tape (but nevertheless something to think about)
