Awarded the title, "tastiest oyster" in 1900, most Malpeques are found in the wild, yet have established themselves as a household name. Voluptuous meats and a supple, salty, buttery taste make these a wildly popular treat.

Oysters were in perfect condition and tasted great. However they were a little smaller than expected. Some shells broke on me, but opened easily.

I emailed these photos and explained that they were inedible on day 1 and 2 of delivery, and asked for credit for my next order. I have had no response. My previous orders did not have a significant count of inedible oysters, so I'm disappointed that there is no response when there is a problem.
