Bad shipping service - package lost in FEDEX network
SurePost is a third party service used by Fedex. The shipper person who handled the package, would not release the package to my UPS store mailbox. And argued with the store employees about them needing to show an ID & sign verses just signing for the package like they have always done. Must be a seasonal help delivery person that is not familiar with the process. Anyway the package is floating around in the FedEx network and Kangol has not given me a credit or tried to ship me a replacement order.
