My husband watches Doug Guy on YouTube and has been inspired to make New York style pizzas using this pizza steel (six so far). The quality is good, heavy and durable. I highly recommend for home baking. The only downsides to our order were in it not being shipped within two days and not receiving the sticker that was advertised. Overall, we very much enjoy the steel.

I was a bit skeptical investing in the pizza steel. WOW was I wrong. It has worked FANTASTIC. I'm also anxious to cook bread on it. Sam is awesome as well if you have questions. If you are on the fence - pull the trigger - you will not regret it.
