I haven't been able to use it yet as I've been sent the US plug product. I guess it was automatically checked, I never checked the type of plug myself, and was not aware I should have.
There is a lot of info when ordering, so maybe clarifying product specs for dummies when ordering would be useful.

I really wanted to love the STYLUX PRO, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for my hair. I have very long, thick hair, and I found that my hair tended to catch in the bristles rather than glide through them easily. I think the style and type of bristles may work much better for someone with a different hair texture, length, or density. The tool itself seems well made—it just wasn’t a good match for me. I made the decision to return it
