Ricotta Cheese and Spinach

So yummy!

I love these! They are so good. I was worried that they would thaw by the time we got them, it was 100⁰ here in Southern Illinois. They arrived well packaged and frozen solid and in a timely manner. I couldn't wait to try them, and I was so glad I ordered them. They are delicious! I recommend them.

We have only tried the spinach ricotta crepes so far. They were delicious. I ordered the apple and the mushroom but haven’t tried yet. I defrosted the tray, microwaved 2 minutes then browned in butter on each side. Served with a light tomato sauce. Definitely will order again
