WING MAGICIAN, a reusable guide for sharp angles and lines
Extremely poor customer survice. Called the company at least 10 times on the day the order was placed, and daily afterward to modify the order. Nobody bothered to respond after I left several voicemails and sent several emails. I was completely ignored, until the order was shipped and I was informed that the order already shipped and that nothing else can be done. I called immediately after placing an order, so I know for a fact that the order was not shipped yet and in fact, it wasn't shipped until several days later, which the tracking information confirmed. To make matters worse, the items arrived melted and very hard to touch, so I don't really feel comfortable using them.

I really wanted to like this but. . would not recommend. I am still trying to figure it out but the guide is awkward to use. The pigment on the liner is very good but it is difficult to get a thin line, especially to make the wing. The eraser makes more of a mess than its worth- you're better off using a q tip.

Hard to use!
I was so disappointed to use the liner for the first time and realize how difficult it is to use even with the clean up pen. I’ve practiced and watched all the videos and still have had no success. I am using the wing magician now with an eyeliner and that’s been excellent. I also find the black is too harsh for blondes with very light skin, I’d prefer a brown or espresso as an alternative to the black.
