Hi . I love pairing BodyHealth PA tablets with the PA Pre - Workout on days that I do my strength training and then take Zumba classes half an hour later for 2 hrs. Drinking both 30 mins before my workout gives me a lot of energy!

I have been using this product for two months and feel like the sustainable pump last longer in my workout. I do combine it with my other caffeine pre and they play well together but also tried this solo and it holds its own. Really enjoying this product.

I am on my 4th container of Perfect Aminos and have been enjoying the results. Stay working through the proper dosage to get optimal results, but I am trending in the right direction. Solid product and great flavor in the Mixed Berry.
