Súper fan of the Morphus podcast

I’m originally from Peru, but lived in the United States for more than 20 years, I’m a 50 year old woman going into menopause and have many of the symptoms. Since listening to the podcast I feel that I learned so much about it and I’m trying to do as much as I can to feel my best.
