I’m sure this review will probably get deleted like other negative comments I’ve seen disappear, but oh well. I’ve ordered from this business multiple times, and the shipping and customer service have gotten progressively worse. I ordered October 5th. A shipping label was created October 13th, but as of October 28th, USPS STILL hasn’t received my package. The website advertises 5–8 business days. It’s been 23 DAYS! I emailed October 20th, 22nd, and 27th with NO response. But when I finally sent an angry email on the 28th, she responded within ONE MINUTE saying I was being refunded, blocked, and reported. No apology or explanation. Then told me to read her policy. Maybe she should read her own shipping policy first. I’ve seen other customers complain about missing orders too. I’m done supporting this business. I still have no order or refund confirmation. Customers shouldn’t have to chase you down just to get what they paid for. Extremely unprofessional.

Hello, I ordered this in April and only received the item now. The item didn’t come with the outer packaging simply just the pills which is highly unprofessional. The item is also not made by the seller like claimed, after checking the name, ive already gotten the same thing from a corner shop. I would like a refund
