simply the best for baking

I received my order and made some scones using the grey salt and Kamut flour. It salt was still in small crystals and it set off the scones like nothing else could do. Its not a strong a salty flavour and underground mined salt and the rich flavour of the organic Kamut flour. I perfect pairing. Will test it in bread next
