Beware! I had no idea I was signed up for a monthly subscription.
Apparently, the order includes 30 days of the service for free, and as far as I can tell, you can't opt out of that trial when ordering. Once those 30 days are up, they simply start charging you monthly unless you remember to cancel. I didn't realize this was happening until I had already paid for FIVE MONTHS.
I sent my tapes in because I wanted my physical media digitized and returned to me on a USB. That's it. Maybe this was disclosed somewhere in the ordering process, but it certainly wasn't clear enough for me to realize I was agreeing to recurring monthly charges. A "free" service that automatically turns into a paid subscription unless you remember to cancel feels deliberately designed to catch customers who only wanted their physical media digitized.

This is a terrible service. They have messed up all three of my orders. The videos were so blurry they were unwatchable. They copied one of my tapes but the other one they just didn’t bother to copy they sent it back with a blink copy they said it could not be duplicated. I bought my own duplication device and did it myself. There was nothing wrong with the tape. Of course I had to pay full price for only half the service.
