Excellent choice if you like spicy! The Ghost Pepper variety is my favorite. It brings good heat and a good flavor as well. Scorpion came in second place for me, as it also has a good flavor with a strong sense of heat. Reaper variety has the best heat but the worst flavor. Not that it is a bad flavor, just not as good as the other two. Overall, if you like spicy jerky, this is a great sampler that you could definitely use as a reference for future orders!
