Advanced Lip Plumping Formula

I love this product. It actually does what it says it will - a rarity in the beauty market these days. My only "complaint" is that FedEx Ex, who has nothing to do with the order delivery, somehow bills me an additional $20+ every time I order. It's ridiculous but no one can seem to sort it out. Otherwise, this is an excellent product 👌

Unfortunately it did not plump up . To say it was £38 I am very disappointed. It just feels like a normal lip gloss but no pluming up.
