Refurbished but just like brand new. I can understand the reviews about needing a waist strap but we can make it work as is. I can very comfortably carry my 4.5kg/ 10 lbs maltese on a hike. She adapted quickly. Will be great for walks come summer when it’s not safe for her to wander the farm when snakes are around.

Love this! My Maltese fur baby loves to just hang out and people watch so this is perfect for her. She is very comfy in it, and it’s made so well, I know I don’t have to worry about its stability. LOVE IT.
