Very happy with my new Neso Gigante! Two other families that join us at the beach and with metal canopies ended under my tent!!!! Very practical when modifying the shade or the wind control by moving the two sticks.

No struggle at all!

Finally got to the beach to use our Neso and we love it! We brought a small sand scoop to dig down to get the wet sand and we used that hole to place the bags in. When you get to the last two bags, pull the bag and string so you get the tent tight, then dig the hole and put the bag in. Other Neso users we saw having issues, did not have the bags far enough away and struggled with keeping it up. They must of seen how tight ours was and they took it down and pulled the bags farther out. Even with the strong wind we did not have any issues.

A busted box but excellent customer service!

I was so excited to receive my Neso Gigante but the box was damaged and a set of poles was missing. No fret, after a quick email and great customer service, a new set of poles was in the mail less than 24h later.
