I like this blend, I actually combined it into a super protein shake, added peanut butter powder, as well as chocolate, protein, shake, and a scoop of collagen protein. It gave me a total combination of 40 g of protein, and I have a hard time getting protein in my body. It helped a lot that day. It was a very hard day at work and I definitely felt it working for me.
