The bed is very comfortable and I am satisfied so far. I wish there were handles on the mattresses to make it easier to move about. I rotate my mattresses and also rearrange furniture and having handles as I have on a different brand makes that much easier.

The mattress is pretty great right out of the box. My issue was the delivery. I live in an apartment complex and was never notified that the mattress had arrived so it was sitting outside at the community mailbox for about 4 days before I went to the store website to check myself. I even bought an air mattress during that week so I'd have something to sleep on and the mattress was waiting outside the whole time. So, good mattress, poor customer relations.

The mattress is amazing…just firm and soft enough at the e same time. Easy setup, no hassle at all. The cooling of the mattress is a dream come true.
