Love my eye mask

Look I’m 42 and counting so my eyes definitely look a little more tired now a days and this eye mask is my go to every evening. It goes something like this wind down for 3 minutes then grab my skincare mini for the next 12 minutes all over the rest of my face, neck & chest. The mask gives off a red light at the very beginning I think not sure because my eyes are so sensitive I have to close them lol the light is so bright but then for most of it it’s like this orangey yellow toned light idk but my skin looks improved already so something is happening.
