The unit itself works great so far, though I’ve only had it for about a week. I was disappointed that the case arrived damaged, and customer service informed me that this wasn’t covered under warranty. However, they were excellent to deal with and offered a small refund as compensation. Overall, customer service was outstanding. As for the product, it seems to be of very high quality, but it’s too soon to fully assess its long-term performance.

I love this product, and my clients love that they can wear it while they are doing their other services.

The app needs improvement with connections to the two batteries, auto sign in, and the weird pause screen at launch needs to go. The settings for the device are quite confusing, I think Im not getting everything out of it because the custom mode is very complicated and no proper explanation for it anywhere. The dont even show what is the difference between the listed default modes e.g., hair growth vs pain relief and what each going to utilise.
