Bitter, but excited about the potential results

It’s been a challenge to figure out how to take it. I can’t swallow pills, so I’m grateful this is a powder. It is a bit bitter and I figured out the easiest way to take it is to dissolve it in a small glass of juice. Tried mixing in yogurt and that was ok, but not great. Anyway, hoping to see some exciting improvement on my next Dexa!!

Complement

I’ve only been using the product for about 1 week. I haven’t taken it long enough to assess my lab values. My only issue would be the taste, as I feel it’s quite bitter. My fix is to mix it with V8. That seems to do the trick. I look forward to future lab tests for confirmation.
