I LOVE this attachment.

FLAT PUSHDOWN BAR, LAT & TRICEPS is an amazing lat attachment and really does a great job targeting the lats. Mario has amazing customer service. The shorter one is also awesome and i bought that one thinking i wouldn't need the other one but i am really glad i got them both because they really do different movements. I have many of Mario's products and every time he has been great to deal with. I would recommend both.

Great bar and top quality finish

Purchased this for some different tricep variations. Looked at several but decided to go with this one for the quality of build and finish. Definitely happy with the purchase and will look forward to getting a few more attachments!

Flat Pushdown Bar

I bought the USA flat pushdown bar for lats and triceps. The bar is made of solid quality. It targets my lats and triceps very well with my hand flat on the bar. I highly recommend this bar to others.
