Poor lid design

For the first time, I purchased Puroast decaf. (Multiple boxes) In two boxes, the lid on two k cups loosened in transit and the boxes were filled with coffee. That can happen, right? No big deal. But then, while making my morning coffee, I have experienced 4 more loose lids causing my cup of coffee to be filled with grounds. I had to throw those out and remake the cup hoping the lids remained on. Not happy with Puroast. I will make what I bought work, somehow, but doubt I would purchase again.
