Titanium mini pro pot & pan

Works! I had trouble w my large titanium pot & pan not being non stick, asked for advice using my induction plate & yes, had to adjust lower heat & times to preheat but still didn’t get them to work, usually, until I had my minis. Evidently the large are too large for my induction plate & it won’t heat the whole thing, but the minis work like non stick every time on med.

Good pan but nowhere near as non-stick as professed

It is a good pan with its uses, but it is not a good replacement for a well seasoned carbon steel pan or if you prefer a teflon pan. Eggs do not release nearly as well or as easily in videos.
