I previously tried Titanium pan from a different company and didn't get the good results advertised. Your pan works exacyly how uou advertised. Amazed that eggs did cook without sticking. of course it’s necessary to follow procedures. ie warm pan, test with drop of water for correct heat, put in oil. Place food in pan undisturbed. Then after some minutes , can move or stir to mix.
