Outstanding Quality

I purchased the Ava set in black two years ago. It still looks brand new! Every tine is still perfect without a scratch. The weight and fit of this style feels good in hand. I have received many compliments and multiple friends have purchased this after using my set.

Yes, it is very rare. I do this, but I absolutely must change this review to five stars. This company has been absolutely incredible when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE, dealing with an issue I had had with my order. Shop pay is very difficult to work through, and often companies doing business here, do not respond when there is a complaint. These guys did, they corrected the issue, and I love their product! They truly went above and beyond, and I recommend this to anybody if you're looking for solid flatware, that will last for generations. As for the colored flatware, my recommendation as it was shared with me, use Eco mode, or, try them by hand after they've gone through the dishwasher. Eco mode to wash, let them dry on their own or wipe them down. The color will stay longer. This is not an issue with the stainless steel. Again, I am so grateful to have a good experience on this application with a company. I highly recommend these guys, outstanding work Jaqui and Brandon, & JazzUp!
